Infrastructure project development

  • Investment case development cycle (origination, evaluation, implementation) involves a lot of “mineral washing” before a deal is even considered for full-scale due diligence: pre-screening, initial evaluation, expert evaluation, fit-to-market assessment, etc.

  • These activities are distributed unevenly for investors/owners – unless there’s a stable pipeline/backlog of opportunities.

  • This results in either underutilized in-house capacities (fully retained) or a need to repeatedly tap into the market for assistance (fully outsourced), often on tight deadlines.

  • We  formed an alliance with an experienced international engineering firm to offer a solution that will optimize the process for developers - a partnership model we call the “embedded development partner”.

  • Combining our expertise in the evaluation, engineering, design,  financing, structuring and deployment of energy infrastructure, energy transition and industrial innovation projects, we offer a dedicated service that will allow to have on-call access to expertise otherwise addressed by either a large in-house team or multiple ad hoc external inquiries.

  • Our first-hand experience with more than two dozen markets ensures we are “native” in understanding local partners, standards and regulations while fully “international” in methods and execution.

  • This allows to execute the initial phase of evaluation faster and more economically while also streamlining and optimizing workload at the later stages (e.g. capital raise, Owner’s Engineer supervision of asset creation, construction procurement control, bankability proofing, etc.)
